I’m JP Bernal, a dedicated real estate professional with Weichert, Realtors®-The Place Of Houses proudly serving Corpus Christi and the surrounding Coastal Bend communities. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across the coastal bend, with a focus on helping my clients make smart, strategic real estate decisions.

I live and work in the same community I serve, and I take pride in everything Corpus Christi has to offer—from its coastal lifestyle to its growing neighborhoods and strong sense of community. Helping clients find not just a house, but a place that truly fits their goals and lifestyle is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy running, spending time with family, playing chess, and working on personal and professional development. I also enjoy building systems that improve both my business and the client experience. I believe in continuous growth and bringing a high level of professionalism to everything I do.

Giving back to the community is also very important to me. Every Sunday, I team up with an organization called Tacos Not Bombs CC at Artesian Park to help feed members of our local homeless community. It’s a meaningful way for me to stay connected to the people in the city I serve and to make a positive impact beyond real estate.

Before real estate, I built my career in customer service and management with well-known companies such as HEB and CVS. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources, and later completed my Masters in Business at Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi. This educational and professional background gives me a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning—skills I use every day to help my clients succeed.

What I enjoy most about being a Weichert Sales Associate is guiding people through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives and seeing the excitement when they reach the finish line.
